The Nitro Cold Brew at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf was steeped for 20 hours before being infused with nitrogen to give that silky smooth finish in every sip.
If you were particular about what went into the coffee blend, they used a special blend of premium Bali Blue Moon and Ethiopia Yirgacheffe coffees with Chicory, which, according to their official website, would give out flavours of sweet toffee, caramel and brown sugar, amidst the comfortably bitter taste of steeped coffee.
And, if drunk at a regular pace, it was really possible to enjoy ice cold coffee from start to finish.
Glad that CBTL joined burpple! It wouldāve been so expensive otherwise.
I didnāt really like the cold brew, I think itās an acquired taste. It tasted very smooth at first, but over time the aftertaste wasnāt that great anymore. The hazelnut latte was more typical and my mum and I both preferred that over the cold brew.
Nice ambience and great deal though. Would come back again!
Oreo cake was bad, dry and just sweet, one dimensional taste.. Should had expected :(
Matcha latte was average as well.
Chia latte, still my favorite of all time.
Americano hot brewed. Beyond 1-1.
Awesome deal indeed.
Slices of pandan rainbow lapis as snack.

Kick off with this āSpeculoos Coffee Cheesecakeā Not so many places in Singapore offer this speculoos cheesecake and we are glad we found one here. Please note that it was listed in the website as sold out. However, do approach a staff to buy (even for a slice!) š We bought ours from Plaza Singapura outlet.

The Coffee and cheese game is šŖ strong! but the speculoos is hard to detect. The sense of aroma from spiced shortcut biscuit (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves etc) are just not there yet. Merry Christmas Eve foodie pals! šš©āš¾šØāš¾š”
