Like eating a shelless chilli crab.
If lazy and craving for chilli crab. Have this!
ORIGINAL definitely fared the best for me, allowing the sprinkle of herbs & drizzle of lemonš to bring out the best in the lobster.
CHEEZY
Iād hate to betray my love for cheese, but I felt that it masked the lobsterās sweetnessš.
used beyond 1f1 and topped up $2 each for the mentai! very generous with the dressing and lobster~ found that the bread could be more buttery and crispy but perhaps it canāt be helped as thereās no a dine-in option. chips were also rather underwhelming

š“Redeemed #burpplebeyond set (which unfortunately doesnāt cover the mentaiko special) and tried the original and Connecticut. Both were enjoyable with a fluffy soft bread and good portion of chewy lobsters. I liked that unlike other lobster rolls, the lobsters werenāt overly drenched in sauce/ mayo although it could have done with a tad more seasoning. The original was refreshing with its herbs whilst Connecticut was more buttery. We also enjoyed the pairing of crispy chips that were addictive with their flavourful mix of seasoning and gave a nice spicy kick to the meal.
ā ļø #chunkylobsters is just a counter stall with no seating but thankfully bugis junction has a food court on level 3 where we could sit and enjoy the meal
