From the Burpple community

This was disappointing. It was soggy and hardly crispy, maybe because it's under another prata, for about 1min

This was pretty good too, it's complex enough and well spiced, with heat from the green chilies

Maybe the best

The egg was charred slightly yet it's still perfectly runny inside. It goes so well w the crispy prata

Must try, maybe their best item

Frigging delicious.

The crisp is real but thankfully it's not biscuity not just a thin layer of crisp, there is still some texture. This goes against my principle that the carb must be good enough on its own, since actl the centre is a tad dry on its own but it's absolutely perfect with the thick and slightly sour gravy. I didn't expect the curry to be this good, in fact I didn't expect anything to be as good as it was. Plus it wasn't oily

It is true that for some parts it's too crispy to tear apart, it just shatters at certain points

Must try.

Plain x 2 @ $1.20 each
Egg @ $1.80
Mushroom cheese @ $3.30

Simplicity at its best.
The plain prata was super crispy and really nice to eat. The egg prata and mushroom cheese prata were also good and more on the crispy side but not to the point of "cracky" like the plain one cuz of the ingredients.

The curry was great as well and wished they could give more.

Will go here when craving for crispy prata. Also wna try the other outlets to see if they're consistent.

For my money, Chindamani serves the best crispy prata in Singapore. The Egg Prata tastes good, but the 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗮 is da bomb. Golden brown and paper-thin, it shattered upon contact with the cutlery. Addictively crispy, it paired well with the tangy fish curry.

The 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻, succulent and scrumptious, was the icing on the cake, and provided another type of gravy to go with the prata. Full-bodied and flavourful, I preferred the chicken curry to the fish curry for the prata.
