If youβre looking in splurging a good piece of steak, I would definitely recommend you to visit Chambers Bar and Grill. All their steaks are grilled in their custom designed Himalayan Salt Tile Dry Aging cabinet. I tried out a piece of Hereford steak grilled to medium rare. Juicy, tender and goes so perfectly with the red wine jus and Bernaise sauce. RM223 per serving.
If youβre looking for a decent meat affair, Chambers Bar & Grill is one of the perfect place to visit. The Australian lamb cutlets are seasoned and grilled perfectly that every lamb lovers would approve. You can choose a selection of sides to go with and I personally opted for the potato gratin with garlic cream.

Aussie "Wagyu" never impresses my pampered taste buds ! Aussie marbling score of 8 (alleged), but texture is equivalent to non marbled Japanese beef πππ Unevenly cooked through too (due to uneven cut). Sides of roast garlic and butter corn were good though πππ
