Such a pretty dish! I had to take pictures of it from every angle! Salmon with giant Israeli couscous. The salmon was well paired with the brown butter miso sauce! Healthy and light. Order a Muddy espresso with cold milk to complete the meal.
Slightly spicy with two soft shell crabs and crispy fried fish cubes. I enjoyed it. The soft shell crabs were fresh. I didn't expect the crabs as the menu stated, battered squid. I didn't expect the rice to be spicy but it gave the dish an extra kick! Best part was, my teeth didn't turn black from the squid ink 😬
No stranger to Easties, this popular joint located on the second floor of Tampines West CC is heralded for consistent, quality brunch offerings. Visit on the weekends for the tried and tested Butcher's Daughter ($16) – excellent medium rare seared sous vide beef alongside creamy scrambled eggs. For something light, the Dashi Noodles ($8.90) in a bonito broth with pulled chicken and onsen egg should do the trick. Get the aromatic Muddy Espresso ($5.50) with cold milk to finish.

Would have been too light for my usual liking as the taste profile is rather singular🙈 Nonetheless, still a good spot for meetups/dialogues as it's located just beside HQðŸ¤
Thick fluffy waffles! Would be perfect if there's a scoop of ice-cream (+$1.50)
Some of the berries are abit sour but it is still a satisfying dessert!
Toast with salmon and 2 eggs with a side of salad.
Good combination of flavour and texture. Could still taste the smoked salmon admist the different layers of flavour. Would definitely come here to try more of their brunch menu.
Good ambience on the 2nd floor of twcc. Good place for catching up with friend as well as small family gathering.
They have a different menu for brunch and well as lunch/dinner!
