This place is quite famous for its instagrammable drinks, so we ordered two of their most popular ones (based on other reviews): The Red Velvet Hot Chocolate and the Jaffa Orange Mocha.
Was quite disappointed with the hot chocolate -- as beautiful as it may look, it tasted like Milo. To be fair, they aren't the only one. Most places do not seem to be capable of making a decent cup of hot chocolate -- although #PatisserieG does serve a pretty wicked cup of French hot chocolate. Flash in the pan, really.
The Jaffa Orange Mocha was however rather interesting! A hint of orange in each sip -- although if you prefer to keep your oranges and coffee separate, this is not for you.

I love this! Tinge of fresh orange taste to this mocha right here, it brought out the taste of this mocha, comforting yet surprising if you get what I meant.. just try it and you'll know! ($6)
It even comes with dried Jaffa orange peels to increase the citrusy of the drink!
Ordered this for novelty's sake but it's actually pretty good a drink to have — taking the classic flavour combination of chocolate and orange, things get a little more chocolatey here (or maybe I hadn't had an actual cup of mocha for too long to compare it against with) but they have included Jaffa orange peels at the bottom of the drink for that citrusy zing. Definitely works for a casual cuppa to go along with the meal.
