Half a chicken that was extremely tender, three egg spinach and crispy tofu for only $44 in total! They had the best ginger sauce to go along with your rice and chicken too.
$14 for half a chicken. This great chain has good quality control and the chicken rice is consistently good across all their outlets. They also have very aromatic rice and a solid chilli sauce. Highly recommended.
Dont get me wrong, it's not that the pork ribs with its flavourful sauce and tender texture is bad, but the chicken totally stole the show. Skily smooth and incredibly soft, it pairs very well with the chili and soy sauce. Now i finally understand why the main branch@balestier is so famous. This could actually be my favourite white chicken rn
BTK right after a morning run at MacRitchie Reservoir is sinful but satisfying to the hungry tummies. One of my favourite places for tender, juicy white steamed chicken with their signature pyramid shaped rice and chilli sauce 😉
