This combo never fails especially when the tender char siew and crispy roasted meat blends with the tasty and flavourful gravy all over the rice! At just $4.5 with a whole egg, this serves up as a yummy and affordable meal! Thumbs up for Uncle's good service too. 😋

Just another regular Tuesday lunch, was pretty hungry so the large portion was perfect!

Called "Fatty" (prolly no relation to other fatty noodle) charsiew noodle.

Noodles are ordinary. Pork was ladened with fats and charred at the sides. The chilli sauce, however, had a dull brownish color and for the moment I thought... dont seem promising. It had a spicy heat which I would rate 4 out of 5. This is prolly the element that binded the noodles and charsiew as one. A potential but if only the sodium level could be brought down a notch.

What surprised me was the noodle aunty came to me and said "miss, I forgot to add veges" & she presented a bowl of veges. Most will not do that. So kudos to aunty!! Kopitiam is next to North Bridge road market.
