We visited on the opening weekend of their ala carte buffet.
For 2.5h seating, you can get unlimited tapas (bar bites, small plates, sharing plates and desserts) with the option of bottomless wines. Given the variety, I'd recommend the buffet option as opposed to ordering individual dishes since you get to try a lot more food at only a fraction of the price.

Menu available in my Instagram post (14 November). Truly enjoyed the spread!
This came with candied gyanciale and mornay sauce. You can also request for vegetarian option. Highly recommend trying the weekend brunch tapas buffet ($48/pax), that allows you to choose from a variety of bar bites, small plates, sharing plates and desserts!
Definitely value-for-money and nice ambience too ๐ธ
You know the sour dough is good when you order the wood-fired sour dough ala carte and then proceed to continue ordering another variation of the sour dough.
This was our "add on" after being impressed by our classic sour dough. This is $12 on its own but there's an option for weekend brunch tapas (up to 2.5h seating) for $48 that allows you to try a whole range of other dishes. The buffet option seems like a good deal ๐ธ

Truth be told, I'm not even a fan of this usually. Can you guess what is this? ๐ฅบ
Lightly coated with spice-laced batter, the frog legs here won my heart! The batter added a crunch to the tender frog leg. Never thought I'd appreciate this combination but I am truly blown away by this. Can't believe we almost missed out on this!
Would recommend this weekend brunch spot, there's also an ala carte buffet option that we tried. Worth every cent, since there were so many tapas options to choose from! ๐
Weekend brunch spot!โจ
Tried this small plate that came with housemade herb cracker. Had this along with a range of tapas, prepared by Chef Kenneth and his team. There's an option for ala carte brunch tapas buffet, bottomless wine buffet and both. Would highly recommend trying the tapas at Bar Uva. A good variety of choices available and suitable for dates ๐ฅ
Tried the ๐ช๐ฎ๐ด๐๐ ๐ฅ๐ถ๐ฏ ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐ช๐ต๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐บ๐ฐ๐ต๐ถ ($๐ญ๐ด), along with an entire spread at Bar Uva's ala carte buffet.
The meaty wagyu chunks made a strong juxtaposition with the crunchy and sour refreshing housemade kimchi.
For the wine lovers, there is also a separate liquid buffet option available on weekends and PH๐ฅ
