Tried this dish as part of the Restaurant Week (Summer 2023) dinner menu. Our fav item of the meal 🫶
This savoury Korean pancake is definitely the highlight of the meal 🫶 Made with grated potato + bacon + radish + onion jangajji, the crispy rosti-like pancake comes with Siberian onion truffle mayo that had us reaching for more 🥹 Highly recommend!

Situated within Orchard Central, Kimchi Dining is a cozy aesthetic restaurant serving healthier Korean dishes. We had a spread of insta-worthy dishes. Unfortunately, the Woodae Galbi ($65) dish that we ordered was not available when we visited so the kitchen replaced it with another beef item, that won many compliments nonetheless 🐄

If you’re a fan of soy marinade sashimi, don’t miss out on the prawn and scallop bibimbap. Enjoy the sashimi with multigrain rice topped with raw egg (served separately) 🦐🍳
Wrapped with Belgium endive, the flavourful pork jowl is paired with honey garlic, chilli jangajji for a sweet savoury combination!

Infused with makgeolli (rice wine), the Korean wet market-style bread is accompanied with multi grain butter 🥐 While some enjoyed this, I must admit I’m not a fan of it. Perhaps we left it out for too long, it was too chewy 🫠
Get ready for a cheesy corn pull 🌽🧀 This side dish is made from 3 type cheese, Nurnberger pork sausage and sautéed kimchi. Quite addictive 🤭
Would recommend adding on toppings like beef bulgogi with wild mushrooms for this
