I was here when the stall just opened in the morning. Soon after I got mine, the queue has formed and getting longer.

Although the founder has passed way many years ago, and the stall also awarded with Michelin Guideā€™s Bib Gourmand for a few years back then. People would still coming here for a plate of decent rojak.

A mix of different ingredients such as the jellyfish, youtiao, tau pok, cucumber and fresh fruits. Covered with generous rich rojak sauce.

Love the combination of taste and I went for the spicy one with chili added.

My FAV rojak of all time!! Ok itā€™s not like Iā€™ve had that many rojaks in my life because honestly I just keep going back to this. The sauce is very flavourful and well-balanced, calamansi is prominent and I liked the use of ginger flower which gave a unique aroma. It is well integrated with the ingredients, comprising cucumber, youtiao, lettuce, beansprout, turnip, pineapple, taupok, and jellyfish. I love that there is jellyfish, itā€™s not common. The rojak is liberally topped with roasted crunchy peanuts.

I donā€™t like century egg but my bf does so I ate a bit of the whites, it was surprisingly palatable.

TLDR my fav rojak ever

A plate of rojak filled with bean sprouts, cucumber, lettuce, turnip, mango, jellyfish, dough fritters and tau pok tossed in prawn paste then sprinkled with a generous amount of peanuts. The dough fritters and tau pok are pre-cut beforehand hence they are not as crispy as they can be. The fruits and vegetables are fresh and I like that they include jellyfish which added more bite and texture to this dish.

Love it or hate it, rojak is a polarizing delicacy thatā€™s essentially a fruit salad with dough fritters mixed in a fermented prawn paste. There are several places that do a mean plate of rojak and one of the best has got to be Hoover Rojak, which I grew up eating from. What makes them stands out is their consistency and quality in every plate, from using the torch ginger flower in the mixture to the addition of jellyfish and green mango besides the main staple of dough fritters, pineapple and radish.
