Plain + Egg Prata ($2.20)
I felt that their prata is not that bad tbh as it's quite got some crispy on the surface but it's a bit slightly dry :")
An always reliable Maggi goreng. I'm not sold about their other food though.
Hadnβt been here in ages; there was only once that I visited this place back then when I was still a secondary school where I had not much of an idea what a good Paratha should have been.
A recent re-visit to this stall might seem a little late considering how it is quite accessible to me; while the grown-up self have seemingly been spoilt by Springleaf Prata Place that I often visit during my university days, the Paratha here comes pretty decent β the sort of Paratha I would like back then. Sure; both Paratha comes more stretchy than crisp, but itβs decently crispy from its toasted exterior; the Onion variant carrying a good load of chopped onions within the folded Paratha β something secondary school-me would not have probably ordered. Curry comes rich and dense; albeit tangy, but comes with a decent level of spiciness that only tingles those who can take a reasonable level of spice. Not the best, but comforting enough to be a lunch spot for those that are in the area.
I'm a regular here. Love this chicken and biryani dish. Everything is delicious. Big portion for the price. They also add a side of pickled spicy cucumber which complements the rest.
Very good. Plus that egg omg.
Nice thin layers of prata with more cheeseeeee π I love prata so much but not a curry person, so I always eat it plain π
Happy Deepavali everyone! π
