With a choice of up to 2 bases, 7 toppings and 2 poke, this was a satisfying healthy bowl! Just seeing the rainbow colours was enough to make us happy, what more the delightful taste. The place was quite empty on a weekday afternoon, suitable to chill and work.

📍Poke Theory, 111 Somerset📍
Love these vibrant looking poke bowls from poke theory, they not only look great but taste great as well🥗! They offer a wide variety of poke and sides, making it super customisable. Our favourite poke is their mentaiko mayo salmon and orginal shoyu salmon, both super good👍. It tastes really fresh as well, perfect for a light and healthy meal~😀

A healthy meal with really generous servings! Ordered a mix of original soyu salmon and spicy garlic tuna. The only downside was that the spicy garlic tuna didn’t have much garlic flavour because the mayo was quite overpowering.

💬: Ordered in as it was my colleague's bday~~~ First time having poke theory's bowls and I can see why it is popular
Pretty generous with their well-marinated fat salmon, the other toppings also paired real well, especially the jalapeno relish and pineapple which added an oomph

I don’t really have a thing for sashimi which most people enjoys lol. Hence, i would always go with the sous vide dashi chicken! As for the sides i would usually only go with the sweet corn, honey pineapples, cherry tomatoes and japanese cucumbers together with either the lemon herb quinoa or the signature sushi rice! Always top it off with the 3 complimentary garnishes i.e. the garlic chips, furikake and lastly tobiko! A great place for poke bowls! 😛

i don’t really eat poké often but a poké theory is definitely my favourite poké place so far! this bowl was really refreshing and i really liked the wide variety of ingredients that i could choose from. (they were all sooo good) i got the light bowl and the serving size was just nice!! they were also v generous with the amount of salmon 🤤 would definitely come back for more
