From Tian Wai Tian
Famed for fish head steamboat.
Four of us ordered these instead.
Signature deep fried egg with oyster, prawns with chilli crab sauce, coffee spare rib & stir fry chinese spinach.
Really yummy!
Fresh red and grey grouper, tasty and MSG free broth. They use cabbage, seaweed, yam and fried fish bones to sweeten the soup. Other myst try dishes are bean curd prawns, prawn roll, fried rice, salted egg pork. great for a comforting evening meal with family!
(Coz I had cravings since sat night's failed trip!) Arranged in favourites: Red grouper steamboat, tofu prawn, ngor hiang, prawn paste chicken, coffee pork ribs and oyster omelette. Meal for 6 was $108! #tianwaitianfishheadsteamboat #tianwaitian #tianwaitianhotpot #burpple #burpplesg

We were not very impressed with TWT’s version of prawn paste chicken. Crispy but too oily, and lacking on taste of prawn paste.

The eggs were deeply fried and dispersed to create this fluffy, cotton-like omelette. It can be too oily after a few bites, but the oysters given were surely a lot. Still prefer the usual hawker finds of oyster in egg and starch mixture.
