One of the best coffee I had. Apparently they blended Krispy Kreme into their milk to get this. $5 for the coffee with an additional $2 for the milk. WORTH IT!
Used entertainer 1-for-1. Paid less than $13 including gst per pax for lunch.
My companion really enjoyed her dish and said it was worth for money. The salted egg is the âwetâ type and personally I prefer the dry ones. Personal preference I guess. But they were really generous with the salted egg.
Used entertainer 1-for-1 which can be used for their mains as breakfast items.
Surprisingly the steak was quite tender but I didnât get the beefy taste and juices from it. But I Guess thereâs nothing much to expect from minute steaks? Good enough and with 1 for 1, we paid less than $13 per pax including gst. Very worth it I would say.
Fries were good.
Got this as part of entertainers 1-for-1 main + appetiser. The snow crab was really sweet and fresh. There was a certain bite to it. Pitan sauce was on the sweet side but not overly sweet. I think itâs made quite well but I probably will not crave for it.
A little pricey but pretty good! I believe their other makis are more elaborate but this is a staple for me. Negitoro is super smooth and tender. The rice used was also very good. I enjoyed this dish quite a bit. More than I expected for this simple dish.
Ordered this as part of the entertainer 1 for 1 main + appetiser. Came with two pieces of foie gras. It was really yummy but I would really suggest to eat the chawanmushi before the foie gras to taste the foie gras in the egg else the foie gras would overpower the taste in the egg. Such a good combination.
Used entertainer 1-for-1 for main and appetiser. Unfortunately there were some screw ups. We ordered both steaks in medium rare but right before the dish was served (after waiting maybe 10-15 min since last appetiser was served) the server who took our orders told us he changed it to medium (???) then when another server brought the steaks here she said they are medium so back into the kitchen they go and it went in for another 5-10 min minimally. By then we were starving. When it came out my partnerâs steaks were more medium rare than mine - mine only had maybe middle three pieces which were a little pink in the middle. Visibly different from my partnerâs ones which were a little redder in the middle. And the server said thatâs normal despite me showing them that both steaks were different. But cbf anymore and just ate them Cos I donât wanna wait again.
For $55 before gst, even with entertainer, I really think itâs ok only.
Used Entertainerâs for 1-for-1. Pretty crap burger. Patty had almost no seasoning, can barely taste the cheese or bacon. My companions had to put ketchup for every other bite. Donât remember them to be this bad. Had the bacon cheese fries to share. It was great but condiments was meh. Probably wonât return again. I think I enjoy McDonaldâs more.
Lunch set! Comes with an orange juice for $4. Total was about $15! I think itâs really good and filling! Definitely a good lunch gathering with friends and food is served fast. I think itâs important for the fillings inside the burrito to not be falling apart and this was good.
I gotta say their service is horrendous. Had to preorder through Instagram and Instagram only. But everything goes so well together - raisin bread, guac, cherry tomatoes, lettuce and candied bacon. They are really generous with their guac.
I spent some time looking for their shopfront, itâs located outside the mall facing the roads. Small seating area with only 2 square tables.
Not exactly cheap, paid $25+ for one sandwich, 1 brookie and 2 brownies. That being said, it may take a while before I go down again but I would definitely still wanna try out their other food and offerings.
Finally found a chicken based ramen I like!! I have started to be pretty sick of tonkotsu based ramens Cos I get sick of them pretty fast. Struggled to finish the entire bowl all the time. Not so much with this!
I loved the soup and noodles. But might not order the spicy one cos I canât take spicy well and this tasted like chilli padi kind of spicy?? Maybe those who are fans of spicy food might find this no kick tho!
The ramen itself cost about $13 but do add $1.50 for the egg cos itâs really one of the best Iâve tried! Yes, itâs not cheap but what is ramen without eggs right??
All in all I paid about $17 for this bowl including gst!
Finally I got to try this French steak and frites place! It has been on my bucketlist for the last 5 years or so but I never got the chance to head down. My partner surprised me with dinner here after a late day at work on a Sunday (yea, I know đ)
We had the usual steak and the Wagyu one. As well as a 20cl carafe of red wine, escargots and profiteroles. Yumz. The Wagyu one is a clear winner for me at only $12++ more than the usual one. I think itâs a seasonal menu?
I know they pride themselves on their secret sauce but I am not too fond of it as I prefer to taste the beef juices in all its glory! But I can understand why some people love it! It went tremendously well with the fries! Which were free flow btw. I also liked how the servers will give you the second portion of the steak halfway through your meal (with more sauce) so that the steak is kept warm. Perfect for slow eaters like I am.
Profiteroles were what my partner remembered from his last trip there 8 years back. Itâs pretty good!
We used chope vouchers and since it was a Sunday, we paid $75 for $150 worth of vouchers and topped up about $16 more for the whole meal. Very worth it I would say!
