Sambal stingray here is very good.
Generous about of onions and sambal.
Stingray is fresh and the meat was so smooth and easily scrap off the bone. And the top skin was grilled almost to a crisp.
They serve sambal stingray for lunch too!!!

Chocolate Ganache Tarts were awesomely decadent. Chocolate was so thick and intense.
The Financiers were great, crispy edges. Tasted fresh and smelled damn good. The classic Financier was so much better than the hojicha one.

The popular dish here is their awesome Duck pizza. Duck was tender. Pizza comes with lots of crispy popiah skin.
Taste just like a Peking Duck pizza.
