To its credit it's huge. But it tasted too much of tomato.
This is a large and filling plate, sized for those with healthy appetites. There's more meat than rice or vegetables!

The bed is fluffy loose butter infused rice with mild buttery grainy sweet savoury flavour.

On the side is a medley of fresh vegetables (crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, crisp red onions, bouncy brined black olives, and juicy bell peppers / capsicum) with vegetal earthy sweet flavour, along with creamy garlic yoghurt with bright tangy sweet sour zesty milky spice notes.

There's 2 kinds of meat, both roasted in the vertical rotisserie and generously stacked on the plate.

Tender chewy strips of spice marinated beef doner kebab meat with smoky savoury salty spice flavour.

And tender succulent chunks of spice marinated chicken doner kebab meat with smoky spice sweet savoury salty flavour.

This is a main all on its own, not so much a side dish.

The centerpiece features a creamy mashed chickpea hummus, bright with grainy earthy sweet savoury flavour.

Dressed with juicy pickled gherkins with bright vegetal sour sweet flavour, bouncy brined black olives with sharp vegetal earthy sour salty flavour, and chunky sun-dried tomato paste with lovely vegetal sweet flavour.

It's served with juicy fresh slices of tomato with vegetal sweet flavour, and a warm pita bread with firm chewy spongy soft texture and bready nutty sweet flavour.

Love how tasty everything was, couldn't stop using the wam pita bread to mop up all the lovely creamy hummus.

The warm pita bread, studded with white sesame seeds and black sesame seeds, has a firm bite to the exterior, then you get the chewy spongy soft interior.

The large chunky falafel balls, made with ground chickpeas, parsely, coriander, and spices, crumbles easily.

Completed with fresh vegetables (crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, crisp red onions, and bouncy black olives), finished with house kebab sauce.
