Bread is very crispy outside, soft & fluffy with bread fragrant inside; meat is very tender & flavorful; came with coriander & pickled radish that balance out the taste; 1 of the best banh mi that I've tried..

Bite-sized fish fillets are fresh & well-marinated with turmeric; tossed in scallions & dills; served with soft rice vermicelli & similar greens for pancakes; staff also gave few pieces of rice paper (& self soak in H2O) to wrap up those ingredients & eat together akin to spring roll; well-executed dish worth a try..
