We had ordered waxed meats but they had mixed up our order. This was equally good so no complaints.

Loved this.

I love how fresh the seafood was and the stock was tasty and has depth of flavour. My only issue is that it had MSG and I was quite thirsty after gulping down bowls of stock. Yes, my weakness, I have this thing for soup.

We ordered patin fish, prawns and Lala and added chitterlings and porkballs. The broth was thick and flavourful.

Lotus seeds, ginkgo nuts, sweet peas and kidney beans, topped with walnuts. Light and yummy.

Served as a cold starter this was pretty good! Cooked in some herbal broth, they were tender and collagen filled
