The beef tongue is the absolute worst I've ever had. It wasn't even fresh, and the texture was horrible. Steak was decent actually, fire it up on maximum heat until slightly browned.
This is by far the worst cheap yakiniku I've had. And I've been to both the other major chains. The side dish portion is tiny, the beef quality is the worst, and the price is the least affordable, esp for the quality.
It boggles my mind why they're so packed. Maybe cos the only other yakiniku in the west is the same chain at JPoint.
The kalbi was alright, tho it wasn't the best. The boneless short rib was abit dry, nowhere as good.
It's ridiculous they're charging gst and svc for this portion of meat and absolutely no service
This is a yakiniku eatery that serves good and authentic meats parts of your choice. Prices are really affordable and its a must try for meat lovers! The sauces goes well with the bbq meat and its really fuss free. This eating experience is enjoyable and this is a place i will be visiting whenever i have yakiniku cravings!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
My usual place for Yakiniku has launched the Spicy Nanban Miso for a limited time till 31 May 2022. Green-chilli infused soy bean paste, the Spicy Nanban Miso is addictively spicy and umami packed.
Are you a Steak or Chicken & Seafood Lover? Why not both?
🔥Spicy Nanban Miso Double Steak Set ($24.80++) includes the thick cut Angus Ribeye Steak and Angus Striploin Steak. Both steaks are absolute juicy and tender, dip with the Spicy Nanban Miso served at the side, it’s a perfect match!
🔥Spicy Nanban Miso Chicken & Seafood Set ($15.80++) which the highlight is the Scallop, Prawn and Squid Ring with Spicy Nanban Miso. It’s so shiok! Double shiok when you dip the sizzling chicken with the Spicy Nanban Miso.
Each set includes Rice, Seaweed Soup, Kimchi / Salad & Spicy Nanban Miso

I’ve been trying to regain my appetite after being affected by various post-covid conditions for a month.
Dropped by Yakiniku-GO for their signature Yakiniku-GO set which consists of ribeye steak, karubi (beef short plate), gyutan beef tongue), rice, seaweed soup and kimchi.
My favourite 💗 is the tender and juicy ribeye steak in strips, dipped in salt 🧂 + negi shio tare made with leek and citrus!
💗 that it’s smoke-free, odour-free! I can put on my woolly sweater without having to smell like a barbecue meat after meal.

Probably the best value for money when it comes to Japanese Miyazaki Wagyu Beef. But since it’s just lunch I choose the Beef Steak set.
There’s something therapeutic about grilling your own meat and eating it with a dip that is fragrant and tangy. I wish they would have grated salt as a choice of dip cause beef loves salt and salt loves beef.
Next time I’ll come for dinner and order the Miyazaki Beef.
