($9.90) My friend ordered with add-on gyoza and yuzu soda ($6).

($9.90) It's under lunch deal so I asked my friends whether they wanted to try their ramen. I felt that their ramen portion was quite small tbh. My friend did topped up for size. The ramen noodle was quite thick and chewy texture. I felt that it's not that spicy and strong umami taste for overall. Need to mix it up evenly before eating dry ramen.

The Signature Nagoya Dry Prawn Ramen was packed with flavours. It features a mazesoba-style dry ramen with seasoned minced meat, seared prawns and onsen meat. Tossing everything together with the special sauce, each slurp of the springy noodle was savoury, slightly spicy and creamy, and the prawns were fresh and perfectly cooked. Pair it with a glass of umeshu or a Umeshu Tasting Set with flight of 3 to get the full experience.

This Uni is the Bomb! has crispy croquette balls filled with creamy uni cream that oozed out with each bite. It looked and tasted like buttery molten cheddar cheese. Paired them with a Tasting Umeshu Set for a full experience at thjs Izakaya Umeshu Bar.

Priding themselves as the first umeshu and highball bar in Singapore, @umesan_100 carries at least 40 varieties of umeshu alongside other liqueurs. In this contemporary speakeasy behind a striking row of Japanese vending machines, you are bound to find something to your liking!

I’d recommend the tasting sets for first timers, particularly the fruity umeshu tasting set that we had. The 3 different flavors were characteristic on its own; Kyohime Kanjuku Yuzu was refreshing and zesty with a hint of tart from the plum liqueur. The pineapple was sweetest of all, using a mix of Okinawa pineapple with Nako plum, and Bijofu, my favourite, which was a blend of citrusy yuzu with a delicate floral tasting note of honey and sake. Smooth and palatable, I have to admit that umeshus are now my kind of alcohol.

Mistia($150), an amazing drink with refreshing sourness and the freshness of muscat, offering a very sweet and fruity taste.
