Coconut‑scented rice served with grilled sambal barramundi, achar, peanuts, anchovies, and tempura egg. Weekend Menu Only. Rice was a little mushy, moist and sticky, but got the lemaky flavour. Tempura egg had a crisp fritter outer with flowy yolk inner, the execution on point like those served in Japanese tempura shops. Fish carried the local sambal seafood vibe, meaty and slightly moist, spread with a beautiful sambal layer. Achar added colour, peanuts and anchovies rounded out the staple sides.

Spaghetti with crab meat, asari clams, king prawns, fish cake, and dried shrimp laksa paste. Weekend Menu Only. Slurpy, rich, bold, savoury and umami noodles. Aromatic flavours coated every strand. Prawns were bouncy, clams given in generous portion adding oceanic sweetness, crab meat for brininess, fish cake for local laksa feel, and of course hae bee hiam laksa paste for true local spicy kick. Damn shiok!

A basket of deep‑fried snacks: soft shell crab, school prawns, silver fish, octopus tentacles, and homemade sesame chilli sauce. Weekend Menu Only. Crispy fritters that make a good bite for the itchy mouth. Oil tasted clean, no funky smell, elevated with curry leaves and chilli padi. Texture was chewy inside, crispy outside. Best dipped in the sauce, otherwise fried food can feel one‑dimensional.

A tropical mix of light rum, coconut cream, pineapple, and lime, intended to deliver a smooth, creamy, and refreshing taste. However, it was a letdown, as the coconut and pineapple flavours felt negligible.

This cocktail features Dark Rum, Batida Coconut, Pecan Praline, Taro Ice Cream, Pumpkin, Milk, Autumn Spice, Himalayan Pink Salt. The booze is strong, and the milky texture reminds me of melon sago. It comes with chips and replica abacus seeds, adding to the theme. However, the taro flavour was quite subtle, and overall, this was our least favourite, feeling like a letdown.

Made with Gin, Vodka, White Grape and Orchid Cordial, Midori Melon Liqueur, Fresh Citrus, Peach Bitters, Orchird Scent. A sweet and zesty cocktail, with a vibrant green hue that blends floral and fruity notes, inspired by the flower display inside the dome. A great choice for those who enjoy light, refreshing and citrusy drinks.

Made with Gin, St Germain Elderflower, Fresh Citrus, Hibiscus Cordial, Rosé Wine, Grapefruit & Plum Infused Ice, Soda Stream. A sweet, fizzy, and refreshingly light floral cocktail inspired by the dazzling light show at Gardens by the Bay. The drink keeps you immersed with its ever-changing hues, and as the infused ice melts, the flavours evolve for a dynamic sipping experience. A lovely option to try, especially for those who enjoy sweet, delicate, aromatic drinks.

A bold and unconventional mix featuring Rittenhouse Rye, Fernet Branca, Rosso Antico Sweet Vermouth, Cointreau, Honey, Angostura Bitters, Sea Coconut, and Gui Ling Gao Jelly. Perfect for those with an adventurous palate or looking for something wild, as the boozy punch is quite strong. Expect medicinal notes, balanced with a minty freshness and cooling effect. Bonus points for the charming tortoise teapot it’s served in, it definitely adds to the experience!

A tropical mix of light rum, coconut cream, pineapple, and lime, intended to deliver a smooth, creamy, and refreshing taste. However, it was a letdown, as the coconut and pineapple flavours felt negligible.

A delightful twist on the classic English dessert, made with Chinese dates and longans. Topped with longan caramel and paired with a creamy scoop of vanilla ice cream. The intense date flavour shines through, while the pudding itself is moist, soft, and stickily like bread pudding. Served warm with the cold ice cream, the contrast is beautifully balanced. Despite the naturally sweet ingredients, the dessert hits just the right level of sweetness and was pleasantly smooth without overwhelming the palate. Definitely worth trying!

A fragrant and indulgent tart featuring musky cempedak and a rich, sweet yet zesty calamansi custard. Topped with silky coconut espuma, dehydrated calamansi, and crunchy cempedak crisps for contrast. The tart base had the texture like soft cookie, breaking effortlessly with minimal force while still holding everything together. The balance of sweetness and zestiness is well-executed, making for a tastisfying bite overall.
