The prawns are exceptionally fresh and bouncy, adding a tastisfying texture to the dish. Finishing the noodles is just the beginning, this is the kind of sauce that makes you want to lick the plate clean.

This fusion pizza offers a unique blend of flavours from various culinary influences, giving you a taste of several cuisines in a single bite. It features a tomato base topped with onions, capsicum, chilli, mozzarella, smoked duck, duck sauce, and bonito flakes. The first bite might leave you wondering about the flavour mix, but subsequent bites draw you in as the pizza’s bold flavours come together. The rich taste of smoked duck and duck sauce dominates, slightly overshadowing other ingredients like the bonito flakes, yet the overall taste remains delicious. I enjoyed the thin, crispy crust, which added a tastisfying crunch.

Kaya Ice Cream with Churro & Shio Kombu ($12) offers a modern take on tradition. Pandan coconut ice cream atop a swirl of house-made churro, sprinkled with shio kombu. The churro was served hot, and the kaya ice cream cold—a perfect hot-and-cold combination. The crispy churro was fluffy and chewy, pairing beautifully with the sweet & creamy ice cream for pure indulgence.

Stay healthy with Stir-Fry Garlic Dou Miao & Bean Sprouts ($12), enjoying the natural leafy juiciness of the dou miao. Cooked in the same style, it was equally salty.
