Sichuan Cuisine at @tongfujusichuan !

They have recently launched a new GRILLED FISH + SI CHUAN FOOD buffet menu! For the price of $39.80+/pax ($16.80+/child), you get to order the grilled fish + many different sichuan food cuisine!

Featured here are the following items:
-Grilled Fish in Pickled Cabbage flavours, with add-on sides of tofu skin, potato, black fungus, cabbage and king oyster mushroom. The fish was super fresh and very tender meat! Love the refreshing suancai soup too! Good choice of soup flavour if your dining party does not take super duper spicy food! Add on the vegetables, mushrooms and tofu to make it a very comforting filling meal!
-Shredded pork with chilli and garlic sauce: This was super fragrant! Super nice to eat with just plain white rice!

Their signature fruit tea must order. Real chunk of fruits in it served in a huge cup. Very refreshing and sweetness just right

The silky tofu cubes is immensely smooth and fell apart easily in my mouth and complement the spicy sauce giving a creamy finish.

I love you can choose to top with a lot of other ingredients to your grill fish pot. I added pork belly, beancurd skin and fried intestine. The fried intestines and pork belly is really another star of the show for me. Recommended to add on

Double Delight with Half Potion of House Special Charcoal Grilled Live Fish in Hot and Spicy + Garlic Crayfish

Super in love with this Crayfish! The potion they give is so generous! The crayfish flesh itself is surprisingly sweet and succulent, tasty even without the garlic sauce.. But the sauce is what gives that extra kick and adds savouriness. It is also topped with bean sprouts which makes it even better for me because I love eating the sprouts! They are those Korean Soy Bean Sprouts, not the normal ones we find in our bee hoon.

The fish meat is meaty, tender and succulent and super duper fresh. Each sip of the mala soup base gives an amazing kick of spice and not forgetting, the numbing sensation from the peppercorns which pairs perfectly with the natural sweetness of the sweet. Can choose to topped with a lot of other ingredients. I added pork belly, beancurd skin and fried intestine. The fried intestines and pork belly is another star of the show for me.
