Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory (Jewel Changi Airport)

Tried the No1 人气 item on the menu and what a treat it was! Opted for the milk and cheese twist ice cream and it was topped with an extra cookie today! Yay!

After trying an array of ice cream delights in Singapore, @tokyomilkcheesesg 𝘾𝙊𝙒 𝘾𝙊𝙒 𝙎𝙐𝙉𝘿𝘼𝙀 is still my favourite 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙎𝙤𝙛𝙩 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢! 😋🇯🇵 🧀🧀🧀

It's not easy to find a dessert with the perfect balance of sweet and savoury, and paired with a 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙩 & 𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙚 (+ $0.50/pc), this is the perfect treat to kick off the weekend! 😋🌈🌈

I finally tried their cow cow sundae ($9.80) for a long time lol but I didn't expected that I can pull off their milk dairy intolerant tbh without feeling bloated. But I opt out for mixed flavour - milk (taste quite sweet)+ cheese (tatse quite savoury ?) But the Milk Cheesecake was slightly hard to cut thru like putting fridge too longer and also felt that it was really quite icy but still can taste salty from cheesecake itself. But Salt & Camembert Cheese Cookie still taste the same as previously but I think they opened the packaging too longer alr hence I felt that it's quite hard to chew thru and not crunchy feel anymore tbh. Its worth it to try or spurgle for first time even though its really expensive at here.

If there's one thing I miss most about Japan, it's the yummy soft serves 🍦made with creamy Japanese milk...
But for now, @tokyomilkcheesesg is my go-to for their signature 𝘾𝙊𝙒 𝘾𝙊𝙒 𝙎𝙐𝙉𝘿𝘼𝙀! 😋💋 Being the cheese fanatic that I am, this is my winning combo:

𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙎𝙤𝙛𝙩 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢- Made with 2 kinds of cream cheese and Hokkaido Gouda cheese, a perfect balance of sweet and savoury.🧀🧀

𝙈𝙞𝙡𝙠 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙠𝙚 - 2 layers of cheese mousse and milk mousse made with cream cheese from both France 🇫🇷and Hokkaido🇯🇵. This was served semi-frozen, but I personally prefer it a little softer.

𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙩 & 𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙚 - Think of this as the 𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙮 upgraded version of 白い恋人, made with fresh Hokkaido milk 🇯🇵and French Guérande salt 🇫🇷, stuffed with a layer of camembert cheese chocolate.

Cheese. 🧀Japan. 🇯🇵France.🇫🇷

What an absolute winning combination!!! For fans of sweet and savoury desserts, this Sundae definitely hits all the right spots! 😋💋💋💋

The cake is milky and creamy with a touch of coffee. A treat for those who love creamy milky tiramisu without the hit of alcohol. Its like a light cream. Be sure to thaw it well if you are buying the frozen version.
