I love Timbre @ Arts House! The vibes are off the charts, and the live band often takes song requests; they are quite versatile and know a wide range of songs. The location is charming, since it overlooks the river.
As usual too, the duck pizza is really pretty good; I’d say it’s the best thing on the menu and it’s also what they’re most known for. Be sure to try their duck pizza if you’re at Timbre!
Love the crunch of the flakes as we bite down into the juicy duck covered with some special sauce on a thin crust pizza. Must try!!
Boneless chicken thigh on the stick and topped with refreshing mango salsa. Chicken was well-cooked that is very tender!
Minced beef was topped above the nachos base and drizzled with a huge doop of cheese sauce!
We got their signature roasted duck and grilled unagi. Thin crust pizza base topped with tomato puree, bits of unagi and cheese and baked with cheese. Roasted duck was really good! Instead of the usual tomato base, it was spread with hosin sauce that make it taste like peking duck. Love the crispy popiah skin on top of it!

Every single time I go to Timbre, I will eat this and nothing else because that is how much I love it! I have never tasted anything quite like it; the sweet duck sauce paired with the crispy toppings will truly tingle your tastebuds. You can order a pizza that is half/half. In this case, we ordered Unagi for the other side which is no where. Ear as good as the duck.
Yummy clams with spaghetti, with garlic & chilli, in a white wine sauce. Touch of spice, nice sauce flavour, good amount of clams. Fair price at $17. Live band were playing which gave a relaxing Friday evening atmosphere. Service was slow with bringing out food orders as I had seen the pizza sat on the counter for 5mins before reaching our table.
Seriously tho, there has not been another place where I've had such heavenly duck pizza. The combination of that crispy popiah skin, succulent duck chunks slathered in sweet sauce is truly TO DIE FOR. Was also pleasantly surprised by the unagi pizza but honestly, it's pretty hard to beat the duck. WOULD GO BACK FOR MORE. (Not sure if you guys care but drinks were no no from me and my friend)
Fun and easy to consume, with great taste, it isn't any wonder why this is such a fan favourite here at Timbre. What I appreciated though was the crust which was not too thick nor thin; that made for each slice to be reasonably filling and not dilute the taste from the cheese and the peking duck sauce. A great innovation and one of the better pizzas in town!

With an availability to choose of 2 flavour of pizza into 1 delicious pizza, the duck signature pizza is definitely have to order. The crunchy topping is as nice as its pizza
The Four Cheese Pizza, cheesy good!! The Nachos with Tomato Salsa and Guacamole, well i finished it up all by myself. Hahaha.
I would prefer it to be a less burnt, but overall crisps is great. The buffalo sauce is almost non-existent. Could have used a little punch. It's okay overall, not great. Good paired with drinks though.
