Kampong Pizza, 20++. BBQ chicken, mozzarella, peppers. Make sure you arrive with an appetite as you’ll be leaving with a full belly! Good service also. Truffle fries also hit the right spot.

Smoked salmon with poached eggs topped with hollandaise sauce served with hash brown, sauteed mushrooms, mix salad and a english muffin

I really enjoyed what we ordered, and felt that everything went really well together. I especially liked the hash brown & sauteed mushrooms!

The poached eggs were cooked really well too. They're running inside as you can see which I suppose is how poached eggs are supposed to be hahaha.

Truffle fries are The One Ring to my Gollum. It's unarguably precious, and I get violent when people try to take it from me.

Tuckshop's truffle fries are glorious - one of the best I've had so far.

Today's brunch situation: Torched Salmon, Eggs Florentine and Breakfast Combo #2. Heard about the highly raved Carrot Cake but sadly it wasn't available when we were there 😞 The doubanjiang hollandaise on the poached eggs was interesting and pretty nice, but apart from that the food was kinda underwhelming. The salmon and salad were a tad too salty and the scrambled eggs were disappointing. Ambience-wise, the cafe had a lovely interior and really rustic decor. A nice quiet place to just chill out for sure.

The star dish that leaves diners tongue-dazzled. Sizeable carrot cake cubes stay crispy on the outside even if you take your time savouring every bite. They're already satisfying on their own, but the hae bi hiam is the main drug that adds a strong XO flavour to the dish. It's ok to be selfish for this - one or two morsels is never enough. Had this with the Gula Melaka Calamansi beer that was an easy refreshing drink, though very faint to detect.
