Went to eat Katong Laksa 2 weeks ago and ordered the Laksa with Muah Chee set Regular ($7.50) and Laksa with Drink and Otah Set Large ($10.50)!

Overall ratings 7/10๐Ÿ˜„ Laksa was okay but felt that the Queensway outlet is more fragrant in terms of the soup๐Ÿ˜… Muah Chee and Otah was decent, would visit again only if I am craving laksa tho

We tried the laksa and the curry. I am afraid to say I do not find the laksa creamy nor fragrant. The curry sauce is ok but the meat tasted tough and tasteless. I suspect its probably becasue it hasn't been stewed long enough in the curry sauce for taste to flavour the chicken. I am shocked to find the foods of such a standard since I have heard good things about this brand.

Finally tried this brand of original katong laksa (same brand as the one in Queensway shopping centre)! But I didn't feel like eating laksa on the day of my visit, hence opted for the chicken cutlet with curry sauce! It was interesting to see that they offer laksa sauce as the zhup as well! This was the regular $5 portion. When the plate got served, I was quite surprised as I was expecting the breaded kind of chicken cutlet. But it turned out to be more of the grilled kind of chicken. Would also love it if more curry sauce was given. Nothing too wow to shout about, but a good plate of curry chicken rice. If you compare this to normal caifan, the price may even seem a little steep...

In Chinatown Point, the aka carte Laksa are priced at regular $5.50 & large $7.50. We couldnโ€™t resist our temptation so we had to order the large bowl๐Ÿ˜ฌ. Noodles were cut shorter so no chopsticks were needed, thereโ€™s beansprouts, fish cakes, prawns and cockles! Laksa gravy were super fragrant with coconut taste, light and not too thick and jelak! Goes super well with their sambal chilli sauce too, itโ€™s not too spicy and taste is just right! Super duper shiok and comforting! One of our to-go Laksa place whenever we have cravings! โ €

Super generous fillings and gravy is lemak enough. Otah soft and yummy. Will be back again as I love laksa!

Love the creamy and rich laksa soup. Not as spicy but with strong coconut flavour. One of my favourite laksa place
