Sweet, tender, this is a winning sharing plate. Also part of its 2 course set lunch going at $18, incredible value for money
Pretty small but full of excitement. Served with boneless braised short rib, coconut & turmeric risotto. The portion could be small but actually the taste itself was just enough for a meal. $27++
The umami Shitake pesto and the acidity of the red wine vinegar made the simple ingredients really appetizing. The miso flavoured tofu had been toasted to give it that firmer exterior, and attention to such details made this dish even more delightful. .
