Soup is flavorful though tad salty; with tofu, zucchini, onions, leeks; not the best but comforting for the tummy..

All the side dishes are flavorful (braised radish, soybean sprouts, potato & egg salad, cabbage, kangkong); especially love the radish which is braised till soft yet succulent & bursting with flavors; soybean sprouts are crunchy & refreshing; kangkong kimchi is mixed with bean paste which taste unique but not a fan of that..

Noodles are firm & chewy; soup tastes surprisingly light & refreshing; topped with half hard-boiled egg, slices of pear, cucumbers & radish which are fresh & crunchy; came with chilli paste at the side; good bowl of cold noodles soup worth a try..

Meat is very lean & well-marinated with no gamey taste; flavorful & mildly sweet with slight smoky taste..

Pork trotter is well-braised with no gamey taste; meat is very tender, skin is very firm & chewy; came with soybean paste which tastes peppery, garlic & green chilli at the side..

Had their Beef & Pork Set 3 - SGD78 which includes Short Plate 150g, Pork Belly 150g & Marinated Pork Rib 150g. Comes with either Soft Tofu Soup or Bean Paste Soup too, and also a variety of refillable banchan.

Since customers are paying the 10% service charge, we insisted that they help to provide grilling service, even though they claimed to be shorthanded. Quality of the meats are good and pretty well grilled too! I actually enjoyed their Soft Tofu Soup too.

The banchan they offer are pretty standard and only lettuce given for your ssam. No other types of greens are provided…
