Sampled some of their most loved dishes and this staple Paelle Negra De Mariscos caught my attention. The Squid 🦑 Ink is Infused very well with the Carnaroli Rice and the Fresh Seafood 🦐added a nice touch to it. Personally one of my top recommendations here. 🙌🙌🙌 .

Amazingly juicy and tender pork with layers of savory and sweet flavors from the chestnut purée, caramelised pineapples and vermouth syrup. The delicate crackling skin was amazingly crispy, executed to perfection. Every component worked harmoniously and unobtrusively to create a beautifully layered dish.

Formerly the now defunct La Ventana. Tapas 26 is a rebranded concept that features a versatile seasonal menu from internationally known dishes to the less commonly known homemade recipes that have been enjoyed across many generations in Spain. Really an eye opener to dine here!

Interestingly, the Iberico Secreto (secret in Spanish) is a one of Spain’s best kept secrets. There is no definitive answer as to which cut is it as a butcher’s “secret cut” may depend on the butcher. After verifying with the restaurant, the fantastically tender and highly prized cut used in this baguette is from the pork’s shoulder. It is simply perfect with the crusty baguette, grilled peppers and the creamy luscious cheese. 😋

Unconventional take on Spanish omelet! Dig into that warm gooey soft boil egg potato purée and mix it with the marinated chopped cod loin chunks. Although I do prefer my traditional tortilla, this was rather interesting

One of my must order in a Spanish restaurant! Not the highlight of this meal but decent enough! Cant go wrong with the deep fried crispy panko crust and that gooey cheesy mushroom interior. Another croquette option would be the homemade jamon Iberico one!
