These cool plates of sushis drizzled with lemon 🍋 and/or basil dressing are extremely refreshing and appetising on a sweltering hot Monday! 🥵💦

My biggest regret this visit. Mackerel as sushi was already unfamiliar to me, I ordered a grilled version, which made everything completely dry.

This is so different from other pork sushis because this pork is likely boiled. It wasn't bad, but probably no need to eat again.

I don't enjoy raw salmon on its own so this is what I usually do. Zhng with cheese, basil and aburi.

Mouthwatering. But the end result was more underwhelming.

High-quality tamagoyaki. At Sushiro, even the simplest item tells you they're more serious than other conveyor belt restaurants.

I thought I needed carbs to fill myself up but I ended up so damn full. The beef and tenkasu not bad, the broth was addictive, but I don't really like udon and I thought I was ordering ramen lol.

Limited time only. The good thing was it's large. The not good thing was it tasted like cheap crabstick lor.

It sounds and looks good, but the clam was overpowering and rubbery.

The spicy type. If your idea of chilli crab is spicy, here's yours. I don't and this was odd to me. Overall okay but not memorable. Limited time only.

Surprisingly sensational. Salmon belly is already premium, but this fattiness made it even more umami.

I suspect this is a signature. Explosion of flavours. Such a good idea.

The fries were already superb, then top with mentai it's another level. But frankly the mentai was salty and the fries were little for the price.

The Soft Serve Ice Cream With Mango Sauce (SGD $3.50) is nicely cold and refreshing, though the texture of the soft serve ice cream was really soft, and it started melting fairly quickly.

My fam thinks the Chawanmushi With Scallop (SGD $3.50) is the best version of this dish they've ever had.
.
The warm, dashi-infused egg custard is wobbly soft with enticing eggy sweet savoury earthy flavour.

The garnishings within are more generous than elsewhere, including bouncy steamed scallop, soft fish cake, tender boneless chicken chunk, and soft deshelled prawn / shrimp, all of which pick up the infused flavours.

Loved every bite of this, we ordered another round.
