Upsized. Not great again. They seem to have changed management. Maybe that's why.

My go-to Maggi goreng. And this day was so bad. Zzz. Maybe because lunch not supper? It's pale, not wet and tasted only of Maggi powder.

Their naan was too thin, like prata. Butter chicken is rarely bad.

The meat is surprisingly tender for me. The curry is rich and spicy. But it's probably spicy for me because I seldom take chilli. I am quite surprised that I do I enjoy the meat and at $6.50 for take away, they are really generous with their meat portions really good. Areas for improvement will be the rice which can be more aromatic and the achar which just didn't wow me. I will definitely make repeated purchase because I love the meat and the taste of the gravy and how good value for money this is.

Although I almost always order this prata, at Suriya I always do. I wouldn't say it's the best, because bomb is easy, but they do it well.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed the Maggi goreng here. Suriya is my go-to place for it. Possibly my gold standard. Theirs is addictive with a lovely egg.
