Having these coin prata at Sin Ming Roti Prata for breakfast might have been the best decision ever. These crispy bite-sized treats are freshly made to order, so they stay hot and flaky without being too greasy! The best part is the layers within are still soft and chewy even though it's cooled down a little after all the photo-taking. 🤭⁣

Personally think the curry is equally important when it comes to good prata, but the chicken curry here is the gao gao, savoury type perfect for dipping your pratas into! The meat was fork-tender, and the moderate spice level wasn't overpowering! Was told that their fish curry is even better, so I guess that's something to look forward to in my next visit! 💯⁣

The coin prata set comes with 6 pcs of hot and fragrant coin prata that is crispy and crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. What’s good about these coin prata is they weren’t overly oily and their fish curry is good and savoury with a hint of sweetness and sourness. I like to have my prata the traditional way, dipping my kosong prata in sugar or a combination of sugar and curry.
