We ordered their 40cm pot of Iberico Pork Collar ($29.80) arranged over Cabbages and Paitan Collagen Chicken soup to enjoy our shabu shabu! The fun part of having this is to push down the meat and vegetables and see the ring being completely destroyed. There are 3 types of dipping sauce - Ponzu, Sesame and Chilli. I reccomend to dip in Chilli or no sauce as the pork was already flavourful on it's own!
