I ordered their Omurice Set with Double Large Breaded Shrimp Plate ($21.90). Beneath their SILKY s m o o t h omu is fried rice with a side of Tomato sauce. Bread Shrimp was HUGE - it was crispy and f r e s h!
Definitely worth a visit, especially so if you love Beef. Their menu is almost 80% Beef! Non-Beef eater fret not, because we still have Omurice, Cutlets and more to feast on. Reccomended to make a reservation as on the day we visited (weekday, night), they were full house!

This set should include a Beef Kushikatsu but we swapped for a Pork one instead. These are so good that 5 sticks is not enough for 2! All that we tried were delish and would defo reccomended to everyone! Do make reservations before going so that you can enjoy your meal with air-con. As it was an impromptu visit for us, we had to make do we the outside seat.
Do note that their oil blend contains Beef.

Break the egg, mix everything up and chomp down till there is no rice left. This is a fuss free lunch option albeit the price is too high (for me) to have it daily.

Buddy had the 4x noodles and had a hard time finishing because the noodles really.. ALOT! I sneaked a mouthful of noodles because it's not supposed to be shared. This is the White Chicken Cutlet ... (receipt did not state the fu name of the dish, oops) that costs $15.90. The Chicken cutlet was way too salty. Noodles were hard and it did not taste good plain. Choose your own skewers, drench in sauce, topped with rice and you have your own version on jap cai fan! A very hearty and fufilling rice box.

We ordered their 40cm pot of Iberico Pork Collar ($29.80) arranged over Cabbages and Paitan Collagen Chicken soup to enjoy our shabu shabu! The fun part of having this is to push down the meat and vegetables and see the ring being completely destroyed. There are 3 types of dipping sauce - Ponzu, Sesame and Chilli. I reccomend to dip in Chilli or no sauce as the pork was already flavourful on it's own!

A perk of dining in Nihon Mura is that you can see whats available by ordering thorugh their electronic menu. However, we faced some disappointments as reality didn't match up to our expectations. The variety of sushis here are quite similar to other sushi chains. What we enjoyed most was fried dumplings and ebi!

We didn't taste any "wow" factor in this that we would be going back for but it was a decent bowl of Soba! We would usually add lots of vinegar and chilli oil to complete the flavour.

Stir for a good 20 second and you are ready to devour the bowl of Mazasoba! There is saltiness from their secret sauce and a slight spice from the minced meat. Noodles are slightly harder than others but we are not concerned with it. The best part of the meal is that you can get Oimeishi (small portion of rice) to mix with the leftovers!

As it's name suggest, we had all toppings available in our bowl. There was fried chicken, char siew, braised pork, bamboo shoots, nori, spring onions and an egg. Similarly, stir for 20 second and it will be ready to consume. For Kae, this lacked a spicy kick so he added lots of chill oil and powder to fit his tastebud! Both the char siew and braised pork were tender but Kae preferred the latter because it was tastier (saltier)!

Only at $1.50++/plate, it makes every plate very affordable! Apart from their usual menus, they introduced 2 new items that is only available till 31st August - Crayfish Capelin Salad and Tuna Shrimp Salad. We reccomend trying the Crayfish Capelin Salad as it taste special, unlike the Tuna Shrimp Salad which taste just like Tuna and Rice.
