I have to say, this fried fish dish was one of the tastiest and prettiest looking dishes I've ever seen and eaten! From now on this fish and the coffee shop will bring back memories of this eventful morning hahaha.

So succulent and tender, so good with rice. The claypot gives this dish and additional boost in flavour. It’s true that claypot makes everything better. 😋
