Swing by this cute spot for power bowls, wraps, sandwiches, smoothies and more. Burppler Carmen Chan suggests getting the Choco Banana Chia Pudding (RM13.90) as a pre-workout meal. It's light, chocolatey and delicious. Post-workout, the Buddha Bowl (RM18) and the gluten-free Bibimbap (RM18) are guaranteed tummy-fillers. Complete the meal with a cold-pressed juice or a smoothie.

Probably one of my fav thing at Rawsome. Love the chilli at the top.
A healthier version of the Korean rice bowl with fresh veggies and marinated mushrooms. I topped up RM3 for chicken. There’s an option to choose between brown rice and cauliflower fried rice. The latter is recommended!
The fried cauliflower rice and mushrooms were too salty, but everything else in this bowl was good especially the tofu!
Delicious, light breakfast for your post workouts at The Flow. Took a while to get our food and they seemed to prioritise take away orders first, but food’s still pretty decent! The bamboo straw gives them extra brownie points too.
Another healthy outlet in Bangsar.
What I like about this Buddha’s Bowl is that you can choose to have either brown rice, quinoa or cauli rice.
It was delicious and filling. The sauce was really delicious as well.
This was RM18. There’s a 10% discount if you pay using cashless methods.
