Comes with a drink and side (fried gyoza)
I’ve eaten so many mediocre ramen before… and this was much better. The soup was so savory (not too salty). Fresh ramen and 2 thinly sliced char siew (I love that it’s thin such that I don’t feel that it’s dry and tough). It’s pretty decent!
Gyoza was nothing special
Cheap n good.
Affordable ramen found in Canberra Plaza, just right opposite Canberra MRT Station across the bridge.
If you come on weekday, go for the valuable set that comes with a bowl of ramen with a side dish and iced green tea.
The tonkotsu broth was creamy and tasty, suitable for anyone to eat.The side dish you can choose from karaage, gyoza or takoyaki.
Spicy Miso Ramen (S$8.50)
Not that spicy. Broth drinkable. Came with 3 pieces of char-siu which was quite thinly sliced, some cabbage and half Ajitsuke Tamago. But no wow factor.
Cheese Gyoza (S$4/ 3pcs)
Felt like pan fried normal dumplings topped with grilled cheese. Not dumplings come with cheese filling. So don’t expect got cheese pull.
Latest @ramenkingsg outlet in Canberra Plaza which took over the space formerly occupied by Niigata Bento. Can order from self service machine or from the cashier. Look out for order number to appear on screen or shouts from kitchen when your order is ready.
