This Sapporo miso ramen from Menya Ryu uses 3 kinds (red, white and black) of miso for a more dimensional taste. Comes withĀ corn, bamboo shoot, ajitama egg and large slices of chashu with thick, robust noodles inĀ traditionalĀ broth made from miso, pork bone and chicken. The chashu were tender and ajitama egg was done well with a golden and liquid yolk ć$14.80

Thick cut noodles with pork slices, lava egg and a mountain of bean sprouts, corn and cabbage. There was way more vege than meat in this bowl. Soup was good. On the salty side but nice.
The previous Ramen Champion reopened as Ramen Champion & Hokkaido Paradise after undergoing months of renovations. No more tags given to order by yourself. Order and pay at the counter at entrance and they will give you a buzzer to collect your food.
6 pcs of grilled pork with rice soaked with gravy, and cabbage with a dollop of mayo. This bowl was a bit bland for me, and there was no char on the pork slices. I used the mayo to mix with the rice instead of the cabbage.
