Featuring huge well-charred tiger prawns 🦐 atop thin vermicelli which has completely soaked up the essence of the broth, it was an explosion of umami flavours in every bite! 🤤 Served in a casserole to retain the heat 🔥, the addition of crustacean oil & truffle elevated the dish to a premium level.

THUNDERCLAP ROTI PRATA ($12++): a spin-off of our local favourite roti prata, the crispy prata is topped with eggs mimosa 🍳 & truffle 🍄! Super unique!

CURRY-AGE ($10++): this chicken karaage 🐔 well-seasoned with QĪN's Curry Spice is really addictive! 🤤 I couldn't stop munching on them - must try!

CHILLI CRAB CROSTINI ($20++): one of my favourite dish! ❤️ Akin to a deconstructed chilli crab, this comprises a layer of chilli jelly 🌶, crab meat 🦀, pomelo, avocado 🥑 & a touch of herbs. Pair the creamy mix with the crusty crostini 🥖!

Had the mango pomelo sago pudding and it was great! Refreshing flavours to cleanse the palate.

Excellent service too.

Sticky date pudding made from Medjool dates, gula apong butterscotch, Madagascar vanilla ice cream, peanut streusel and orange perfume. It was nice watching the chef in action spraying rum and blow torching it before serving it to us. What a nice sweet treat to share and end the meal with some hints of alcohol 》$12
