Sounds weird, but it's surprisingly tasty! Chef uses sea coconut and in this dish it has a texture that closely resembles squid!
Chocolate mochi brownie, rice crispies, brittle, chocolate peanuts, miso caramel, gula melaka mousse
Chicken leg, egg, curry, buttered rice, okra, eggplant, peas, yoghurt, mint
Hand chopped wagyu rump, house sauce & tartare, quail egg, crunchy rye toast
Both very good; flavour of fish well balanced with the truffles. Desserts - deconstructed Snickers 2.0 is a MUST try. Have the bananaofee pie before that. Great amiable friendly service in an interesting ambience. For the quality Of food, price points are rather reasonable. Definitely recommend! #burpple
One of the more disappointing dish. Menu described as smoked chicken breast & crispy skin, pine nut sponge, tarragon mousse, watermelon, endive, black kale. Can't get the flavors (can't taste the dis-assembled smoked chicken nor any flavours of the ingredients) of this dish to go. Pine nut sponge? Can't help feeling there is too much "kiang-ness" going on here.
