This is a sandwich that says you live in the moment and you aren't afraid to invest in building memories for your mouth...

#1 definitely the hazelnut... by a wide margin!
#2 chocolate, very creamy and dark
#3 mango, too sweet, wouldn't order this one again

I really like that they serve it separately so the flavors do not mix...

Next time, trying the lemon!

I learned a new formula for this dish:

((Homemade pappardelle + perfect cooking technique + tasty beef ragu) × chanterelles) ^ seasonal truffles = bliss

The tropical summer was aptly named and one of my favorite courses with tangy passion fruit sorbet, draped with luscious coconut cream mousse, topped with mint oil and finished off with diced tropical fruit and crunchy crumble at the base...

Very juicy and flavorful with carrot puree, endive and cherry, I couldn't help myself from stealing a taste!

This was a beautiful dish with homemade XO sauce, sunchoke and squid ink puree, radicchio and crunchy garlic... Hiding under the radicchio leaf we're two big pieces of octopus!

... and that rose was made from sweet and earthy beetroot with creamy burrata cheese with tobiko!
