The past few times I was here with a group of people, today I decided to come alone and try on what they offer for individual.
The bian rou soup are served individually, with a few pieces of dumpling size made of lean meat.
What’s the craving of the week? Fried oyster omelette!
Frankly, the pan-fried oysters and egg from PUTIEN’s Oyster Festival menu is nondescript. The 🦪 ain’t plump & luscious and the pan-fried 🍳 isn’t crispy or fluffy. Well, I will continue looking around for a good plate of fried oyster omelette [egg] then.
