food is mediocre 🥺 nothing special

Service and table wait was amazing. Food wise mediocre. Literally scrambled eggs with toast for $16, top up pork sausage for 6, adding up to $22. Look at it. Normal pre packed, processed sausages I would say. Normal bread, not even sourdough. What can I say, basic and soulless food. A bit sad and disappointed and way too pricey. Mocha came in a tiny glass cup. Wasn’t tasty too. Ambience??, no ambience.

It's decent, everything was not too strong. There could have been more meat tho. The bread had a noteworthy hard crisp which reminded me of crispy waffles for some reason

Overall expensive place and not worth it at all, food is decent but quite overhyped

I don't like this at all. The hot chocolate is ok (after you stir) but the mint was very strong and very one dimensional, it doesn't gel at all w the hot choc

The scrambled eggs were really very soft and yet somehow it still holds its shape as a sheet?

Toast was alright but there's only 1 slice. Quite ridiculous for 16++.

Portobello was good tho, umami and juicy.

Poached Eggs with Avocado - $17

Avocado lover gonna enjoy this toast. Generous portion of ripe whole avocados, that’s smashed and mixed with simple lemon juice, sea salt and pepper. Love the simple citrusy flavours. Boost of omega-3, minerals and vitamins completed. Burst the poached egg to mix with avocados can be another way to enjoy

Hearty and decent food. But nothing amazing. Tiramisu is worth trying.

Got the green tea latte and regular latte, pretty good. The tomato soup + grilled cheese was delicious but (not worth $18)… Typical brunch place / cafe doesn’t stand out particularly but still great! :) A bit too expensive for my taste! 🥲

I legit thought @punch.gram had a connection with the boxing studio upstairs when I was first introduced to this place 😂

The Poached Chicken Breast Salad ($18) was great! Healthy and tasty; perfect for an after workout treat. The plentiful amount of shaved parmesan on top gave it a really savoury touch that complemented the rest of the milder ingredients well.

And the coffee here though, really good! I had the Wicked (Minted Mocha) ($8) and would gladly get it over and over again despite its price. The Generra (Orange Mocha) was fantastic at well. Try it, guys!

okay but i REALLY liked the SCRAMBLED EGGS ON TOAST ($14) though. it was so creamy and there were spinkles of salt. the toast was softer than i thought since most are super hard with a slight crusty edge. but wtf $14 for this i expected some sort of side not literally eggs and toast.

GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH ($14) was so disappointing...tomato soup tasted canned and fell rather flat with the toast, which we found too buttery because the cheese itself was oily alr.

idk how to feel about ICED GENERRA ($8) it’s basically orange mocha. the smell of orange is there but like...no taste HAHA. surprisingly liked the ICED WICKED ($8) better even tho i hate mint choc coz it was refreshing.

Love the ambience here, very chill and quiant 🍃. Food taste average and their menu is on the pricier side for their small portions. Worth a visit though!

Enjoyed both the caramelised banana oat porridge and buttered sourdough with scrambled eggs and guacamole. Ambience was lovely too. A little on the pricey side.

Wickedly refreshing twist to an otherwise rather ordinary mocha. Mixed with strong notes of peppermint, this reminds one of an After Eight in liquid form. Now you know where the wicked bit is. Also, the interior of the glass was glazed with streaks of chocolate - not too sure if it's just pure chocolate or peppermint choc because... the drink was simply stirred and slurpped up! Served with a peppermint leaf as garnish - this certainly toned down any sense of evilness as a whole. This is less sweet than the Generra. If I were to choose between one, I'd say it depends on mood! The Wicked was a tad more 'refreshing' and 'light' as compared to the Generra but nonetheless, both were pretty heavy for a post-meal drink - think: milk, coffee, chocolate in a wicked mix?!?!

Don’t give this a pass just because of it's hard-to-pronounce name! Otherwise known as the orange mocha for the layman and woman, this was a rich mocha brew with really strong hints of orange. The hit of orange notes reminds me of orange dark chocolate slabs - strong in flavour and yet complements well with the slight bitter notes. I love this! It's a pretty unique coffee offering that I dont see elsewhere - only here thus far? It's flavour is accentuated with an orange peel (not the dried, salty kinds favoured by ..older gen dont worry). Would give this 5/5! But would think this is an acquired taste for those who doesnt appreciate fruits in their drinks. Also, the fiance found this too sweet for his liking.

Delightful breakfast courtyard in an open space with natural lighting, greenery, clean-contemporary look with Aussie vibes. The service is swift, food is palatable (quite tasty for my Reuben Sandwich, although the Croque Madame looks boring but taste ok ) & the coffee is excellent. Certainly a place worth visiting.

A mocha with mint added to the drink for a really sweet and minty taste! Do note that you should give the drink a good mix before having it, especially after it has been left standing for a while!

The drink costs $6++, and we decided to give it a shot as this is the first time we are seeing it in a cafe. Do try it because it is one of PUNCH's signature coffee and their artwork is pretty great as well!

We decided to get the Beef Reuben at PUNCH today! The dish comes in the form of sandwiches made from toasted rye bread and containing sauerkraut (pickled raw cabbage), corned beef and emmental cheese.

The sauerkraut was an interesting addition to the sandwich, as it was slightly crunchy, and comes with a distinctive sourish taste which contrasted quite sharply with that of the beef. On the other hand, we felt that the beef was a tad too salty, probably because corned beef was used. Nonetheless, it was still a great breakfast sandwich overall and it is decently-priced at $14++.

PUNCH can get pretty crowded at lunchtime, so do make a reservation if you are heading down in a big group. However, there is no need for a reservation if you are heading down early in the morning!

The blend of nature and modern theme of the cafe felt as though I was transported out of Singapore. Despite the rather limited menu, I enjoyed the simple well-made breakfast items. We tried the Poached Eggs with Avocado ($15), Weekender Eggs ($19) and Latte ($5). There is nothing innovative on their menu but somehow the simplicity of these breakfast items gave a good touch of comfort to my Sunday.

Will definitely visit this cafe again and make a reservation for a seat at their outdoor area where it is probably less noisy.
