Chocolate and orange/strawberry pairings are definitely top tier. So when I heard PS cafe was selling a special pie for the month of February, I knew I had to head down for a slice.

PS Cafe has never disappointed me with their desserts and this one surely didn’t. The pie has a buttery graham crust (the best type of crust imo) - do be careful when cutting into it because the crust is hard and mine flew.
A chocolate ganache paired with orange caramel and candied orange zest? I find no fault in this.it would have gotten a little cloying after the first few mouthfuls but that’s when the vanilla ice cream comes in to cut through the richness and gave a nice change in temperature

This was easily the best chocolate cake I have EVER eaten in my life. A slice is almost the size of my face (maybe even bigger) and comes with a river of chocolate sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It’s so moist, decadent and super frickin delicious. It has a hefty price point but this cake slice was definitely meant for groups LOL

Verdict: 10/10

Nice ambience with the ocassional dog walkers nearby. Interesting and nice sauce to go with the seafood basket (consists of calamarie, whitebait, prawns).

Also ordered the White bouquet shangria which was soo pretty!!

“Count the memories, not the calories.” Yep, ending the Sunday with good food definitely takes away a little bit of the Monday blues that is about to come. Might be too herby for some but it was perfect for me. The fennel was extremely aromatic, crust was crisp at the edges, and you can’t go wrong with Kurobuta pork sausage meat and roasted peppers. Happy Monday everyone, 1 day down, 4 to go!

My favourite fries.

In my opinion, my favourite fries are @pscafe’s truffle shoestring fries ($8 for half, $15 for whole). For $15, one can get a whole mountain of golden crisp shoestring fries capped with a generous amount of parmesan shavings. The whole portion was good enough for 3-4 people. Warning: they’re dangerously addictive.

Pleasantly surprised with the pizzas af PS.Cafe!

Don’t get me wrong, PS.Cafe churns out good food at its various aesthetically pleasing locations but I didn’t expect its pizzas to be matching in quality with those Italian pizzerias!

I had the PS.Bolognese which had a combination of minced beef and pork over a tomato base and littered with basil leaves. The dough was crafted using Caputo “OO” flour and hand stretched to order. It’s baked at 315°C leaving a thin, crisp and charred crust. The resulting dish was so good that a friend and I finished the 8 slices in less than 5 minutes. It goes great with the house crispy chili oil that gives the pizza a fiery kick!
