The steak is perfectly done. Similarly the grilled barramundi and the tiger prawn/scallop linguine except the linguine is abit too salty for me. The waitress is very friendly and attentive.
Perle Noire Oyster & Grill Bar is best known for serving premium steak cuts air-flown from USA, Australia, Argentina, Uruguay and New Zealand. But that’s not all, they also have stellar pasta dishes on their menu! The Tiger Prawns & Scallops Spicy Tom Yum Linguine is the epitome of east meets west.
Overall taste was alright however, the minced beef is extremely salty which made the entire dish salty even though I indicated no salt for the fried rice. Also, it is super oily even though I indicated less oil.
Very faint fishy taste but sauce was good overall, wasn’t too creamy nor cloying

The bread was warm and well toasted although some parts were quite charred.
It’s complimentary and they allowed refills.
Especially love cracking the top layer of caramelised sugar everytime, and the chocolate here is more towards milky and slightly malty, yet smooth and creamy in texture.
