i appreciated how fluffy and airy the cake layers were. the cream cheese frosting was perfectly portioned as it did not overpower the buttery cake layers yet lent a sufficiently sweet creaminess to the dessert, complementing the rainbow layers.

The weather has been a killer these days 🥵 and bingsu is literally a saviour 🙌🏼 I'm not exactly a fan of injeolmi bingsu cause it is kinda dry, but I do loveee bingsu and the injeolmi rice cake on top of it 😍
Love the minimalistic layout which has the Korean vibes of the cafe 💋
Price: $18
Place: +82 cafe
(p.s/ +82 is korea's country code)
More for aesthetic purposes than taste, because it’s just toast after all. So what made the difference was the spreads, that consisted of matcha, strawberry and cookies and cream. Each of them had a bit of crunch to it and it provided a little more texture. Otherwise nothing much to shout about, though the effort put into presentation is amazing!!
Co-founded by BTOB’s Seo Eunkwang, @pluseighttwosg is a Korean Bingsu cafe located near the entrance of Rendezvous Hotel. If you haven’t realized, +82 is actually the country code for South Korea!

Presented in a pile of fine silky threads, there was a slight difference in mouthfeel compared to the usual powdery snow. The wafer cookies weren’t just there for decoration as they complemented the shaved ice perfectly with that extra texture. It had the right level of sweetness but didn’t deliver a solid matcha punch 👊.

Ordered 2 Cafe Lattes($6.50 each) and it was very bitter at first :,) Went to the counter to ask for sugar and they pumped syrup into the coffee and it was sooo good afterwards😍💯 Ambience was chill and comfortable(there were sofas at the side) and aesthically pleasing!! Would visit again during my free time☺️
🙃 The cafe’s clean minimalistic interior had a certain k-feel to it, not forgetting their choice of Kpop songs on the playlist too. Will be back to try their deserts next!
