π½οΈ Mushroom Truffle Pizza @planksourdoughpizza
I wanted to make a pizza pun joke but I decide not to cos it will be too cheesy! π Let's move on to the reviews.
π Mushroom Truffle Pizza has the right amount of truffle smell and taste on it. It's not too overpowering and mushroom are flavourful.
I think the most important aspect of the pizza is that their sourdough are light and chewy so you can eat many slices compared to the pizza from pizza chains.

π Pepperoni pizza is the go to if you want good old pizza without too complicated toppings. The saltiness of the pepperoni is on point.

π BEEF Bresaola Pizza is the pizza for only the month of December. So by the time you see this post, you only have few hours to get it.π The mustard cream is a great surprise.

Apparently this pizza started out as a monthly special, but it was so popular that theyβve added it to the main menu. Worth paying the money to have an entire Baratta atop your pizza! Added some chilli flakes to give it a little kick. Might add pineapples next time. π€
Have you tried a sourdough based pizza? Itβs actually becoming my new favorite for pizza or perhaps itβs because of Plank Sourdough Pizza where they have done a good job on their sourdough pizza. Beside being healthier, I like how the texture is actually soft, chewy and tangy. Pizza hand stretched to super thin and with generous amount of toppings on it! They usually have a monthly special in addition to their usuals.
We went for their Chilli Crab Pizza (which was their monthly special) and their Pizza 4, pulled BBQ chicken, cranberry compote with Camembert and I added an additional topping of parma ham!
I like how distinct each pizza brings out the flavour. The chilli crab pizza, is tangy and has that kick of spiciness. Not only does it has a generous amount of crab meat, it also comes with crotons and a sunny side up! So loving it! In contrast to Pizza 4 which has a little sweetness, some creamy and cheesiness with a little savoriness cutting through it. Their 2 pizza is more than enough to fit 4-5 people!
