One last meal before it close after end of this month.
Limited menu. Even selection of tea also limited. No chrysanthemum tea.
Staffs looked like newbies. None of the old birds.
Most tables opt for set menu but I selected Ala crate as I want to enjoy 10% off using Safra card. Promotion set no discount.

Dim sum galore here in a place filled with timeless Hongkong class at Safra Yishun. Shout out goes to:

Any dimsum with prawns because they are super fresh (shrimp dumpling soup, cheecheongfan, prawn dumplings, fried prawn fritters)
Ngoh Hiang: extremely dense and filled with chunky bits
Not in picture: their perfectly crisp siobak (pork belly) and charsiew platter.

20% off with Safra card is much appreciated. For $20 per pax, felt like a buffet with good service.

Shark fins in pumpkin shell, adding some sweetness to the broth of the shark fin. thumbs up for the creativity

One of my favourite dim sum places. Especially love their egg tarts with oh so soft and wobbly centres, and their XO fried carrot cake. They do serve up a mean ee fu noodle with crab and mushrooms although that doesn't come cheap. Safra card members get 20% off too.

Didn’t know of this hidden Chinese restaurant in my hood, and honestly great for Peking Duck that doesn’t hurt the pocket. Plus they do an excellent, flavourful braised Ee Fu noodles with the remaining duck meat (even better if a tad less salty). Scroll left for more yums.
