We have a very full a la carte dinner buffet but I couldn’t stop without getting to try on some of their dessert selections on the menu.
The chilled osmanthus jelly comes in pieces. So you can request how many pieces you want.

I wasn’t expecting this dish would come with so many prawns in it. But they are steamed nicely and do have a taste of the soup also.

I know the colour may look scary but it is very delicious and spicy, if you love wasabi dishes.

After trying most of the meat selections, we go into the seafood items available on the a la carte dinner buffet menu.
First on the list would be this fried fish, their staff is kind enough to help us cut it into pieces so we can enjoy it easier without much hassle.

I like the fact that their spicy chicken pieces here are bigger than the usual one that you find in many China restaurants. But I don’t find it spicy enough for me.
